Mike Braham
vice president / general manager

Mike Braham

As Vice President and General Manager of Trapollo, Mike Braham is responsible for profit & loss performance and leading all aspects of strategy and execution of the Trapollo business plan.

Braham retains a unique blend of strategic and operational experience in healthcare, telecommunications, and crisis management industries. He has extensive expertise in building high-performance teams, and has been a leader in public and private enterprise level organizations as well as smaller venture capital-backed firms.

Prior to Trapollo, Mike was responsible for revenue growth, profit and loss performance, and led the development and execution of the sector’s strategic and operating plans that included over 1,500 employees across 300 facilities in 13 countries at Magellan Federal, a division of Magellan Healthcare. Mike lead the acquisition of a $130 million target that doubled employees and revenue to over $300 million.

Before his leadership role at Magellan Health, Mike served as chief of staff, head of strategy and innovation and head of member engagement and digital assets for Aetna’s $8 billion Medicare division. Mike also spent seven years with Cox Business as vice president of the company’s Hampton Roads market.

Mr. Braham holds an undergraduate degree from George Mason University.

Steve Nester
executive director of operations

Steve Nester

Steve Nester is the Executive Director of Operations for Trapollo and leads the services and logistics organizations.

Mr. Nester has focused in his career on business management, process improvement and services delivery. He has led project management, professional/engineering services and support services organizations providing solutions to the US Federal Government for 18 years working with top tier Information Technology manufacturers and service providers. During this time, he also created a support services organization that included a 24x7x365 call center, and he led the development of a service desk and asset management application to manage and support maintenance contracts. This service and solution offering was cutting edge and one of the first to market in the Federal Government.

Mr. Nester holds a BS in Business Administration from Strayer University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and holds the ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.

John Aldridge

John Aldridge

John has over 20 years of consulting, business development, operations, and management experience working with technology and health care companies. He has recently led RPM Program Design projects with the Mayo Clinic, Riverside Health System, Renown Health System, and Ascension Health. Prior to co-founding Trapollo, Mr. Aldridge was the General Manager of GTSI’s Health care Business Unit which provided information technology solutions to health care focused government agencies.

Prior Employment includes: GTSI, Computer Associates, XEROX, Raytheon (E-Systems), Ford Aerospace.

Mr. Aldridge has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Maryland and an MBA from George Washington University.

Kristen Tiede
sr. director of programs

Kristen Tiede

Kristen Tiede has over 10 years of project and account management experience. She designed, validated, deployed, and managed large data center virtualization and disaster recovery projects for state governments. In her time with GTSI, she managed remote desktop implementations for multiple school districts in the southeast, and designed enterprise level support agreements for state and local governments combining multiple OEM warranty and support contracts into a single conterminous contract, managed by a single entity providing the client a single point of contact for all technical support and RMA administration.

Today, Mrs. Tiede is responsible for designing and launching the non-clinical aspects of large scale telehealth programs for hospitals, home health agencies, payers, and providers. Kristen and her team work with health care organizations to develop custom remote patient monitoring programs, designed to produce better patient outcomes without increasing clinical staff headcount. By building operationally efficient programs, Kristen and her team have successfully launched programs supporting over 40,000 patients using devices to stay connected with their health care provider. Over the past six years, Kristen has been fortunate to work with world renowned health care organizations like: Humana, Mercy Health, Adventist, Passport Health, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Aurora Health, and others.

Mrs. Tiede holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from George Mason University and a Project Management Institute, PMP Certification.
