Steve Nester, VP & COO, Cox TrapolloSteve Nester, VP & Chief Operating Officer

Steve Nester leads the services and logistics organizations for Trapollo. 

Mr. Nester has focused in his career on business management, process improvement and services delivery. He has led project management, professional/engineering services and support services organizations providing solutions to the U.S. Federal Government for 18 years working with top-tier Information Technology manufacturers and service providers. During this time, he also created a support services organization that included a 24x7x365 call center, and he led the development of a service desk and asset management application to manage and support maintenance contracts. This service and solution offering was cutting-edge and one of the first to market in the Federal Government. Mr. Nester holds a BS in Business Administration from Strayer University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and holds the ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.

Steve Bock, Executive Director of Technology, Cox TrapolloSteve Bock, Executive Director of Technology

Steve Bock leads the creation and execution of the company’s technical vision solution roadmap. His responsibilities include solution strategy, product management, product development, strategic partnerships, technical interoperability, IT infrastructure operations, medical device integration, mobile technology and telehealth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bock has had progressive responsibility for leading businesses with revenues in excess of $100M through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. He brings over 20 years of experience in the planning, design, development and delivery of complex enterprise software solutions. Mr. Bock has an undergraduate engineering degree in Systems Design from the University of Waterloo, Canada and received his Executive MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
