WHO WE ARE: LEADERS IN CONNECTED HEALTH
As Connected Health Leaders, People are at the Core of Everything We Do
Our goal is to help extend care past the walls of health systems by meeting people where they are in their day-to-day lives. Get to know more about the members of our team and industry events we are attending.
Relationships matter. At Trapollo, we believe that everyone from providers and clinicians to payers, employers and device manufacturers are critical to making a Connected Health program a success. We know this because of our roots in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
Our 10+ years of industry experience as a leader in the close-quarter, patient-centric demands of that specialty have had a profound effect in shaping our company culture. It’s why we have a can-do attitude about everything we do.
That philosophy has led to long-standing relationships with some of the largest organizations affiliated with healthcare today.
As part of the Cox Communications family, Trapollo is leveraging the power of connectivity to bring innovative technology and processes where they are needed, providing more effective and continuous care.
Trapollo is proof that a patient-first approach to Connected Health benefits everyone involved. Making it more human. More kind. Let us show you how.
